A dream, whether you are asleep or wide awake, is your heart displaying what makes it sing. Consider that thing you always find your mind sneaking away to is what you want to live doing. Even the daydream itself has a smile slowly creep on your face. You may have decided at some point that this dream was no longer achievable. You've become resigned and frankly, feel like you missed your time with it. Who knows if that is actually true. To be honest, if you don't take a leap and try it out that's exactly what the outcome will be. But...isn't it worth the risk? How many lives do you have right now in this moment? One, just like I thought. Thanks...I just wanted to double check.
A dream only has the restriction of how much action you put into it.
Life has a funny equation to it. It's quite similar to the equation of the gym. If you walk on the treadmill, maintain the same 10 lb weights and take a kickboxing class every 3rd week your body is going to reflect that. You can piss and moan about it, but that will only burn a few calories from working your jaw. Life is the same way! If you are not putting your neck on the line for what you believe in or actively pursuing what makes your endorphins fire off rapidly, your life will reflect that. YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT!
Here is an action you can take: write a list of the Top 20 things you've ever wanted to take on. Next to each one write a date of when you are going to complete that task. Keep yourself in the mindset of living a full life.
You are incredible. Defy the ordinary.
